in an Ambulance Company.

Are you a leader who:

How the 30 minutes run

Every minute has a job.

0:00 to 8:00

The Curse of the Curve

Why your AI efforts flatlined, and why it was never a tool problem. You will recognize your own operation in the first three minutes.

8:00 to 17:00

The Foundation method

The exact method I use to find the hours: inventory, score, build in order. You will see it applied to real ambulance workflows, step by step.

17:00 to 22:00

Where to be careful

The four areas where AI needs a human in the loop, what to watch out for, and why caution is what makes everything else safe to build.

22:00 to 27:00

Your questions

Open Q&A. Bring the workflow your team does by hand every week and ask what I would do with it.

27:00 to 30:00

What comes next

Three minutes on what comes next: the free team training, and a free review for anyone who wants to talk through the Foundation.

After you register

Here's what happens next.

1

You get the Meet link

You'll get a confirmation email with the Google Meet link and a calendar invite for Monday, December 7 at 11:00 AM CT.

2

You attend live

Thirty minutes. Camera optional, questions welcome. Everything is taught from real ambulance workflows, nothing theoretical.

3

You keep the deck

The AI insights deck hits your inbox right after: the 5 workflows, the build order, and where to be careful. Yours whether you ever hire me or not.

You leave with

The AI insights deck.
Yours to keep.

Every attendee gets the deck: the method, all of it. Nothing held back.

The 5 workflows I'd check first

Hand-pulled reporting, billing follow-ups, crew scheduling, onboarding paperwork, compliance tracking. Where I look for manual work AI can take off the team, in the order I check them.

My 3 step build order

Inventory. Score. Build in order, highest return and lowest risk first, one at a time. Nothing goes live until it is proven against the real workflow.

Where to be careful

The four areas where AI needs a human in the loop. What to watch out for, written down. Caution is what makes the rest safe to build.

Who it is for

Owners and ops leaders
at privately owned ambulance companies.

No new software. No AI making decisions on its own. This training is for owners and ops leaders who want to know exactly where AI pays in their operation. Taught straight, nothing held back.

Your host

Matthew Easterday

Founder, Angora AI Consulting. I work exclusively with ambulance companies: I do the calls, the maps, and the builds myself. My mom spent her career in EMS, from paramedic to operational support.

I don't sell software. I make the exceptional accessible: precise AI, engineered into the tools your team already runs, with the lines drawn where they belong.

FAQ

Questions, answered upfront.

No. Twenty-two minutes of teaching, five minutes of Q&A. The last three minutes describe free AI training for ambulance company teams. That is the only pitch, and it is three minutes long.

Nothing. Show up as you are. If you want, bring one workflow your team does by hand every week. You will know what to do with it by the end.

Register anyway. Everyone who registers gets the insights deck, and the replay goes to registrants after the session.

The training covers office workflows only: reporting, billing follow-ups, scheduling, onboarding, compliance tracking. No patient information is used in the session. For client work that does involve patient data, a signed BAA comes first, and only covered tools ever touch it.
