Free training: Where AI Actually Pays in an Ambulance Company. 30 minutes. Zero cost. Save your seat

About Angora

One consultancy.
One industry. One standard.

I work exclusively with ambulance companies. Accuracy first, then efficiency. Everything else follows from that.

What I do

AI enablement for ambulance operators.

I find the repetitive work eating your team's week and build AI workflows to handle it, inside the tools you may already own. No new software. No rip-and-replace. Patient data handled properly: a signed BAA before anything flows, covered tools only, and your data never trains models.

Most of the work is unglamorous on purpose: claim-status checks, schedule drafts, recurring reports, credential tracking. The admin load nobody sees and everybody feels.

I do it one way: accuracy first, then efficiency. A workflow that is fast but wrong is not a shortcut. It is a liability with better marketing.

How I work

Four rules. No exceptions.

01

Accuracy first

Every workflow gets a human verification gate before its output counts. In EMS, a confident wrong answer is worse than a slow right one.

02

Inside your tools

I build in the platforms you already use. You keep control, you keep portability, and nothing breaks when a vendor changes its roadmap.

03

Meet people where they are

Some of your staff will love AI. Some will feel threatened by it. I build with both groups, not around them. Adoption is the product.

04

Patient data, handled properly

A signed BAA before any patient information flows. Only HIPAA-eligible tools with BAA coverage touch it. Your data never trains models, and every clinical-adjacent output gets a human check.

Why ambulance

Why this industry.

My mom spent her life in EMS, from paramedic to operational support. I grew up watching independent operators get squeezed from every direction: reimbursement pressure, staffing shortages, and admin load that grows faster than revenue.

AI can give a 30-person company the operational leverage of a much larger one. But only if it is built for accuracy, inside the tools you may already own, by someone who learns your operation first.

That is the whole company. Keeping independents in business so communities keep coverage.
